Jamie Arthur is an operations and project management professional with over 10 years of experience driving cross-functional initiatives, managing executive-level programs, and delivering seamless logistics across global organizations. Having supported C-suite leaders and senior stakeholders across the technology, investment banking, private equity, and financial services industries, Jamie brings a sharp eye for process, a calm hand in complexity, and a genuine commitment to closing loops.

Jamie believes the most interesting professionals are built at intersections of industries, disciplines, and experiences. A graduate of Wesley College with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, including a study abroad experience in Milan, Italy, Jamie developed an early appreciation for cross-cultural communication and adaptability. That global perspective now informs every project she takes on, from coordinating international travel logistics to implementing company-wide operational programs.

Outside of her professional life, Jamie is the proud owner of a pet care small business and a dedicated volunteer at the Humane Society of Calvert County. When she isn't building something new, you'll find her annotating literature, baking sourdough, tending her garden, or planning her next trip.
